I still hear about people going on a diet. Why in the world would you do that to yourself? Why can people just not learn to change small parts of their daily diet at a time, and they will start to see changes in their body. When you go from eating your normal diet to suddenly changing everything that you eat, you will cheat some. It may be just small amounts but those small amounts will start to grow. You are back to your original size plus some. Like the foods that are pictured below will not completely change how you look, but they will start you in the right path to changing your diet the right way. You will start to make permanent food changes. This is a start though.
