Walk that dog!

According to the Journal of Physical Activity and Health, dog owners who walk their pets on a regular basis are 34% more likely to achieve the recommended 150 minutes per week of moderate vigorous exercise.
 Get outside and walk you doge, if you are physically able and the weather permits.  You could also just go outside in your own yard or at a dog park and play with your dog.  It’s good for the dog and good for you.  Too bad you can’t get exercise with cats.
